It Is In God’s Hands

I sometimes get to thinking that I have no fear in my life.  When I do that something happens; a sickness in the family, a tragedy, a storm; you get the idea; is sent my way, and fear is present.

It has occurred to me that when I am walking with the LORD in communion with Him, and fear only Him, then is when I have no overwhelming fear.  It is when I am not with Him that these fears come in and prevail.  Like the apostle Peter as he sank into the water on the Sea of Galilee and cried out to the Lord for help; so too must I.

From my reading of Isaiah 31 – 35 today…

“Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; He will come and save you.” Isaiah 35:4 (KJB)

What are you fearful of today? Begin your walk with God.  You can begin by calling on the name of the Lord through His Son Jesus Christ who bled and died on the cross, was buried, and He rose again.  By agreeing with Him concerning your sin, and what Scripture says of Him that He is the Son of God and God the Son you will have life eternal.

When you are walking with Him; knowing He is sovereign over all things; you will know and believe that it is all in His hands.
