Sunday 03/28/10

My apologies for our failure to have worship services last Sunday.  There were some bad roads which made it hazardous for some to arrive.

The Lord willing, we will be meeting this Sunday morning and evening.  We will worship the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, magnify His name, and preach the cross of Jesus.

The preaching of the cross is important to us at Carr Lane Baptist; and we know that because of the cross of Jesus Christ we are saved from the condemnation of our sins.  We also know that because of the cross we have been clothed in the righteousness of our Lord Jesus.

Come and join us in worship.  We are located on Highway 86,  about 1 quarter mile West of the Carr Lane junction of Highways 39 and 86.

The messages for this Sunday are for the morning worship “The King In The Press” and the Scripture is Matthew 26:36-46.  For the evening worship “The King And His Death” from Matthew 27:24-51, 54-61.

You will be blessed.
