I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for Mine anger is turned away from him. I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon. His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon. They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.” Hosea 14:4-7 (KJV)

The prophecy is of Israel returning to the LORD, and His blessing on them after their return; then their being a blessing.

When the people of God are right with God then the world around knows where they can go, and find cooling, refreshment, and peace.

Christian; if you have strayed repent of your sins; turn to the Lord Jesus, and be a blessing to the world around you.

You cannot live like the world and bless them.
