It is a great endeavor and an adventure to read the Bible through in a year; or quicker if you choose to do so.  With some more effort a slow reader, such as myself, can read it through in three months. A little less effort to read through the Scriptures in six months.  For a strong, and thorough study in one year.

There is too much Biblical illiteracy among many who are Christians.  Put away your illiteracy by beginning today to read your Bible daily.  Commit to reading it through from  Genesis 1 through Revelation 22.

The Psalmist asked,

“Wherewithal [How] shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to Thy word.”

Not only reading it, but hearing, and doing it. Practicing what the word of God teaches, and points us to Jesus Christ; the Savior of the world.
